Testing and certification
EICRs and PAT testing.
Keep your property safe and compliant for tenants, buyers and insurers, with clear reports you can act on.
What we test
An inspection tells you where an installation stands today. We explain what we find in plain English, and we never invent faults to create work.
EICRs for homeowners
An Electrical Installation Condition Report on the whole installation, recommended about every ten years and when you buy a home.
Landlord certificates
EICRs for rented homes, which landlords in England must have done at least every five years, with a copy for your tenants.
PAT testing
Portable appliance testing for landlords, offices, shops and workshops, with every item labelled and recorded.
Installation certificates
Electrical Installation Certificates and Minor Works Certificates for new work, and Building Control notification through NAPIT.
Remedial work
If the report finds problems, we quote to put them right and issue the paperwork that shows the installation is now satisfactory.
Buying and selling
Reports for buyers who want to know what they are taking on, and for sellers who want to answer questions before they come up.
