Electrician in Loughton
Loughton is just up the road from our Buckhurst Hill base, and IG10 stretches from the older streets around the High Road and the forest edge to the Debden estate on the eastern side of town. With Loughton and Debden stations both on the Central line, it is an easy area for us to cover, whether you need an emergency callout or a planned job.
Homes in Loughton
Loughton's homes fall broadly into two groups. Near the High Road and towards the forest there are Victorian, Edwardian and interwar houses, many of them extended, while Debden was built after the war as a London County Council estate, with houses and maisonettes of that era. Post-war homes have usually had their wiring updated at least once, though often piecemeal, and the consumer unit tends to tell the story. Whichever side of town you are on, an EICR is a sensible starting point before buying, letting or renovating.
